Emily was so lovely from the start 😊 We met for a pre-appointment chat to discuss the style for Prom. She understood completely, and asked questions as well as making suggestions. The salon had a lovely atmosphere, and the appointment was so relaxed and unhurried. The style was even better than our daughter imagined!
